To receive support from AWESEM we need to validate your theme purchase. ThemeForest provides a “Item Purchase Code” and you can use this code to gain access to our support forum.

How to find your ThemeForest Item Purchase Code

You need to log into your ThemeForest account and go to your “Downloads” page. Locate the AWESEM theme you purchased in your “Downloads” list and click on the “License Certificate” link next to the download link.

After you have downloaded the certificate you can open it in a text editor such as Notepad and copy the Item Purchase Code.

Finally, use this Item Purchase Code when registering on our Support Forum.

How to find your AWESEM Themes Item Purchase Code

You should have received an emailed entitled “AWESEM Themes – Your order” after purchasing a product on awesemthemes.com. This confirmation email contains details about your order as well as “Your Download Code” which is what you need to gain access to our support forum. Please get in touch via the email form on our ThemeForest profile page if you have not received this email.
